Kalpataru raises Rs 708 crore from top anchor investors including GIC Singapore, Bain Capital, and SBI MF ahead of its Rs 1,590 crore IPO. Funds will aid debt repayment. IPO opens Tuesday with a price band of Rs 387–Rs 414. The realtor plans to complete 11 projects by FY27.
