The decision was taken at a meeting of textile minister Piyush Goyal with stakeholders including cotton farmers, spinners and traders on Tuesday wherein issues such as flexibility in the imports of cotton, export incentives and allocating more yarn for the domestic market were discussed, said an official who attended the meeting.from Industry-Economic Times
