Kirloskar Ferrous acquires 51.25% stake in ISMT, makes an open offer at Rs 30.84 to public

Kirloskar Ferrous invests Rs 476.6 crore in ISMT’s preferential issue, provides Rs 194 crore unsecured loan to the loss-making steel company. The total investment of Rs 670 crore by Kirloskar will be used to repay financial creditors dues.
